La Flor del Agua - A Spanish Rose Garden

Elvira visits La Flor del Agua, the biggest rose farm in Spain, based in a lush Asturian valley. La Flor del Agua produces edible roses, especially selected for culinary purposes and exquisite scent.

Elvira gets to know the philosophy behind the project, and tastes truly delicious marmelade, chutney, ketchup and sirup all made from roses! La Flor del Agua hosts tours and farm stays.

How to produce fresh Asturian Apple Juice

After 2 days of picking tons of apples in our orchard we spent a whole day producing fresh apple juice with the help of our friend Lorena. We could make use of the installation at a farm in the valley.

The process of making apple juice in short: picking, sorting, washing, crushing, pressing, sterilizing, and bottling.

Watch Rob, Lorena and Elvira producing a staggering 70 bottles of apple juice in one day! Nb: Our apple juice tastes really good!!
