Retreats in Nature
Feeling stressed out and tired? Come slow down in beautiful wild Asturias. In the spring of 2025 we will start organizing small-scale retreats in our lush green valley.
Many of our visitors have already experienced the healing capacities of nature in Asturias. Go for silent walks in the forest, do breathing exercises, and go forest bathing with us. Forest bathing is proven to calm your mind and improve your health. It is worth a try!
